Defination of a blog..........
Blog-:
It is an online shared diary where people can publish diary entries about their personal hobbies or experiences; public online updated chronological entries of links to web sites and subjects with personal remarks by users.
A blog is a website for which an individual or a group generates text, photographs, video, audio files, and/or links, typically but not always on a daily or otherwise regular basis. The term is a shortened form of weblog. Authoring a blog, maintaining a blog or adding an article to an existing blog is called "blogging". Individual articles on a blog are called "blog posts", "posts", or "entries". The person who posts these entries is called a "blogger".
So a blog is a webpage that you are provided, by various blog promoter sites, to write in your heartfelt comments, it may be compared more or less to a daily diary where you can write, what ever you feel like. Blogs in general are made by bloggers since, they feel a blog can provide them with a vent to come up with what they exacltly feel about any thing and every thing .
Blogs that are aimed to impress others are a total farce and I do condemn them strongly,Why pretend/come up with some thing you are not? Blogging is not calligraphy.
The basic concept of Blogging is all about being ourselves, respecting, understanding emotions and feelings of others and not passing our own rude judgements as if we were the high oracle, but comments that are just and germane are always welcomed and enjoyed by all. There are some people who do not want their blog to be read by the public, that is a matter of personal discretion, they are the ones who live their life as hertmits and have a world they create and enjoy in accordance of their 5 senses, choices and being indifferent -a trait both appreciated and detested by many.
Remember a blog is a place for YOU exclusively .

Well said Inderjeet! I Agree with you fully. Tell your other friend also. That this is a kind of daily diary, a paltform for self expression. Doesn't have to be meaningfull always.
@ Master I am not trying to impress some one over here with my immaculate English language skills since I don't have'em.
The basic purpose of the post was to give a general description of a personal blog and I do personally belive that I have succeeded in doing a good job as per my own satisfaction.
At last Master Gill I would sincerely appreciate once again, the faith you have placed in me,some day God willingly you will definately find the much awaited post.

@Anurag Berry, the post was not a favour and you made my entire endeavour of defining the blog go futile, by writing this comment of yours(tch-tch).
In case you have read the post carefully I would like to redirect your kind attention to the following sentence taken from the post itself
"Remember a blog is a place for YOU exclusively." I do hope you would take a note of it.
Talking about Babylon -I just could not understand,the reference you wanted to come up with. Any ways, just for your knowledge- Babylon is a dictionary which has links with Wikipedia,this means it can also work as an effiecient encyclopedia as well, hope this should make the picture a bit more clear at your end.
